About us

We are two guys from Sweden that started eqlipse because we noticed the lack of unique and interesting jewelry for men.

Our names are Temba Ringdahl and Felix Edlind. We both study business and economics at Handelshögskolan in Gothenburg.

The journey started one summer when we were working the same job. We went cliff jumping one day after work when Temba suddenly noticed his necklace had been lost in the water, when jumping. It was a silver whale fin that was handcrafted in Ecuador by a local. Devastated knowing that this piece of jewelry could not be found on any market we decided we would try to recreate what had been lost. 

When sitting down sketching on the design we realized we had so many other great jewelry ideas. We started with creating 2 necklaces, 2 bracelets and 2 rings, but we have a whole notebook filled with ideas for pieces to be released in the future ;)

Since we both study business we also thought it would be fun to apply some of the theoretical nonsense we get taught at uni on an actual business.
